Our vision is to provide opportunities for women to network and support one another. We believe in building a pipeline for the women within the industry and the next generation of women. To date, we have over 375 women in the group.
The Pipeline is comprised of female professionals in retail real estate. The group was formed in September 2016 after the Women’s SIG at the ICSC PA, NJ, DE Conference.
To keep our national community connected, we launched monthly virtual Lunch & Learns and expanded access through the new Pipeline App.

Grew organically through word of mouth and small, local gatherings

Membership topped 250; our signature ICSC Las Vegas Sunday Brunch became a major draw

Formed regional and specialty groups with dedicated leaders to maintain intimacy and relevance
