Pipeline NorCal: Uniting the Northern California Region

This Pipeline NorCal community event celebrated the official launch of the Northern California region at the ICSC Monterey Conference. The evening happy hour brought together women from across the retail real estate industry to connect, collaborate, and strengthen relationships throughout the region.

The following morning, the momentum continued at the Women’s Breakfast Panel on Mentorship and Sponsorship, moderated by Carmelita Botelho, where industry leaders shared their personal journeys, actionable insights, and the importance of lifting one another up through intentional connection and advocacy.
