Pipeline NYC: Winter Signature Event

It’s hard to believe this event started as a pre-NY ICSC gathering of a handful of women for an activity followed by dinner. In 2025 we closed out the year and kicked off the NY ICSC with one of retail real estate’s most anticipated events – our signature Co-Ed NYC Networking Reception, hosted by Marx Realty at The Meeting Galleries, just steps from Grand Central Station.

This annual sold out gathering of over 175 featured a Retailer Runway Panel and unparalleled opportunities to mingle and meet professionals shaping the future of retail development, expansion plans and innovative deal making strategies.
